Do you have minimum order requirements?
Screen Printing: Minimum of 12
Embroidery: Please contact us
Sublimation: Minimum of 12-25 depending on product
Heat Press: Depends on product
Do you charge a set up fee for artwork?
Screen Printing - $25 set up charge. If the order is over 24 pieces the set up fee will be waived.
Embroidery - One time digitizing fee of $25 for designs up to 10k stitches. For designs over 10k stitches there will be an additional charge of $5 per each additional 10k stitches.
What file types do you accept?
Screen Printing & Heat Press - Any vector artwork file (PDF, SVG, AI, Corel)
Embroidery - DTS files and (PDF, SVG, AI, Corel)
Can you design my artwork?
We can design your artwork (fees will apply).
What is your turn around time?
Under normal operation, lead time on orders is 7-10 business days from the time the order is confirmed and paid. If we need to expedite the order there will be a rush fee added to it.
